Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or shared except where expressly permitted by vigrowit in writing.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact vigrowit support promptly so we can contribute and help restore account security.

vigrowit may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose security risks. Notices will be provided where feasible.

Services provided

vigrowit offers structured courses, workshops, and resources focused on personal growth. Course content is developed by experienced facilitators and is intended for educational purposes and personal development.

Course schedules, content, and instructors may change. vigrowit will communicate significant changes to enrolled participants and provide reasonable alternatives when appropriate.

While vigrowit strives for reliable access, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external service disruptions. vigrowit will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.

Code of conduct and rules

To maintain a productive learning environment, participants must adhere to the following rules.

• Respectful conduct: Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect and professionalism.
• No harassment: Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is prohibited.
• Use of materials: Course materials are for personal learning; unauthorized redistribution is not permitted.
• Recording: Recording sessions requires prior consent from instructors and participants.

User content

Participants may share content in forums, assignments or community spaces. vigrowit encourages constructive contributions while protecting rights and safety.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you represent that you have rights to share it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

By submitting content, you grant vigrowit a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, and display the content in connection with the provision of services and promotion of courses.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your submissions. vigrowit may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

If you wish to remove your content, contact vigrowit. Removal requests will be handled in accordance with legal and operational constraints.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in course content, materials, activity and the vigrowit platform are owned or licensed by vigrowit. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from vigrowit course materials without written permission.
• Activity and branding associated with vigrowit may not be used without authorization.

Paid services and billing

Some vigrowit offerings require payment. This section outlines payment terms, billing, refunds and subscription policies where applicable.

Pricing for courses and programs is published on vigrowit.pro and may vary by offering. Fees are described at enrollment and are subject to applicable taxes and processing charges.

Payments are processed using secure third-party payment providers. You must provide valid payment information and are responsible for any charges incurred for the services you elect to purchase.

Subscription services, if offered, will renew according to the terms presented at signup. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account or by contacting support as specified.

Refund policies are specified per offering. vigrowit evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis consistent with published policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

You may cancel enrollments according to the cancellation policy provided at purchase. Certain services may have non-refundable components such as administrative fees.

vigrowit may adjust prices for future course offerings. Changes will not retroactively affect confirmed enrollments unless expressly stated.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features until outstanding balances are resolved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vigrowit's liability for any claim arising from the use of services is limited to amounts paid by the user for the relevant service during the prior six months. vigrowit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Third-party services

vigrowit may integrate third-party services for payment, analytics, or content. Use of such services is subject to third-party terms and vigrowit is not responsible for their practices or performance.

Termination

vigrowit may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, unlawful activity, or other significant reasons. Participants may also terminate their participation per cancellation policies.

Upon termination, access to course materials and community features may be revoked. Paid access that remains unused will be handled consistent with the refund and cancellation terms in place at purchase.

Communications

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of vigrowit in Thailand, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
